What credit card payment solution do you use?

Petals and Scents utilises the Paypal merchant facility. When you place your order, you are redirected to the secure Paypal website to process your credit card.

What are the delivery times for Petals & Scents?

Deliveries take place between 9-5pm Monday – Friday. Currently, we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure your order is placed before 1pm (AEST) for same day delivery.

On Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day we have extended trading hours and delivery times.

Please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

What happens if I place my order on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday?

The orders will be processed the next working day.

What if I would like my order delivered asap?

Does Petals & Scents deliver flowers overseas and Australia wide?

Yes, we are a member of the Petals network and can deliver flowers to most countries/cities in the world, and Australia wide. Please contact us on 02 8964 9285 to place your order.

What happens if the recipient is not at the given address?

If it is deemed safe it will be left at the recipient’s front or back door.  Otherwise it will be returned back to the store. We cannot guarantee same day delivery if returned.

What if I have supplied the incorrect address?

Correct delivery details are the responsibility of the person placing the order. Petals and Scents will attempt to recover the flowers, but there can be no guarantee, and Petals and Scents will not provide a refund in this circumstance.

What if the flowers are damaged?

Please notify our staff within 24 hours on 02 8964 9285. We will need to see an image of the flowers (where possible), and we will arrange pick up of damaged flowers. These will be replaced.

Substitution: Please note, Petals and Scents will endeavour to create the floral arrangement as displayed. There may be times, due to seasonal availability etc that certain flowers may not be available. In these cases, flowers may be substituted for flowers of the same value.
